About Us
Steel River is a catalyst for the next generation of industrial services.
We bring the energy, growth capital, and expertise for founder owned companies to continue to thrive well into the future.
What We Believe
Steel River was started by Eric and Austin, who are committed to building the “best” industrial services firm in the world measured by employee and customer satisfaction…
Our goal is to dive into businesses that protect America’s infrastructure and inject them with fresh energy and ideas while honoring the legacy of the amazing people that built them. We are committed to the long game and building a business that will stand the test of time.
While we are relentless in our pursuit for improvement, we never lose touch with our roots. We measure results and use data as a tool but we continue to focus on the human elements of business.
We will never compromise on our values, and are committed to creating win-win deals with all our partners.
